You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our Shopify Payments payment gateway. We also accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at clientes@productoscurly.com, stating your order number and the email address you used for the purchase. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
- If the order has not yet left the warehouse, we will cancel it free of charge.
- If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to process a return once you receive it. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, we need photos and videos of the box, both inside and out, to handle the incident with the shipping agency. If the outer packaging is in good condition, but the contents are damaged, please send us photos and videos of the damaged product, along with the invoice or order number. You can send them to clientes@productoscurly.com. Please report any incidents within the first 24 hours of receiving the package, as we will not be able to address them with the shipping agency after this time.
No, there is no minimum price to place an order.
All product prices in our store include VAT, which will be reflected on the invoice sent once payment has been confirmed. The invoices will detail the price and VAT for each product.
Shopify Payments is the payment gateway integrated with Shopify that allows you to make payments quickly and securely using credit and debit cards, as well as payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. With Shopify Payments, payments are processed directly in our online store, offering a seamless and reliable shopping experience.
If you encounter any problems at this stage, we suggest you contact your bank directly, as Productos Curly has no control over that page and cannot resolve issues related to the payment system.
Shipping and delivery
You can find all the information in our shipping and returns policy. Before making your payment, you can see the shipping price for each item. Shipping costs are free for orders over €49 within the Spanish mainland, and you can find the rest at the link above.
Depending on the destination and the time of the order, delivery within the peninsula is typically within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. All information regarding this can be found on our shipping and returns page.
We currently do not ship outside the Schengen area, so we do not ship to the USA or Latin America.
You can make your purchase through banango.com, where they will process the order for you and ship it to the Canary Islands. Shipping costs and other fees depend on Banango's terms and conditions.
Yes, you can track your shipment. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email with the tracking code. You can also find the code on your order page in our store profile.
Within your profile on Productoscurly.com, you can see the status of your order and the history of your previous orders.
If you need to change the delivery address before your order is shipped, please contact us immediately at clientes@productoscurly.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to coordinate directly with the shipping company to update the details. If the change incurs any cost, we will inform you so you can decide, as the buyer will be responsible for it. Please note that the modification will delay delivery, and once shipping labels have been printed, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the address or other details.
If you have not received your package within the timeframes specified in our shipping policy, we apologize. Please contact us at clientes@productoscurly.com so we can open an incident report with the shipping company and we will keep you informed with all the information they provide us.
Returns and refunds
All products offered in our store are backed by quality brands. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return it. Full information can be found in our shipping and returns policy .
Yes, you can return part of the order or the entire order as long as it is within 14 days from the date the shipping company delivered the shipment.

Once we receive it and verify that the product(s) are in perfect condition and unopened or untampered with, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount paid, using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Both shipping and shipping costs are managed by the customer. We advise you to use a shipping company that provides delivery confirmation and to ensure that the products are protected to prevent damage during transit.
In the event that you have received a defective or damaged product, send us photos and videos of the damaged product, along with the invoice or order number, to clientes@productoscurly.com. In such cases, Productos Curly will assess whether to arrange for collection or a refund, depending on the situation.
Once your return has been processed and the refund approved, it may take up to 10 calendar days for the amount to appear in your account. This timeframe depends on your bank's policies or the payment method used. Even if the refund was processed by us, the processing time for your bank or payment service may vary.

In order to process and ship your order, we need your information, so you must register when placing an order.
Yes, you can browse and view all the information on the website without registering.
You can unsubscribe as a customer by sending an email requesting your cancellation to info@productoscurly.com .
Once you place an order, your account is automatically created. To access it, click the account icon on our website, enter your email address, and we'll send you a login code.

This is a personalized online video call with our expert and influencer, Rocío, who will help you and offer advice on how to properly care for your hair.
Since it is a video call, it is done through the Google Meet application.
They last approximately 30 minutes, although there is no stipulated maximum time.
In that case, we recommend that you contact us at clientes@productoscurly.com. We will review your case and send you the link again so you can choose your date and time.
